Step 1: Proposal for International Academic Student Travel - Faculty seeking to take a group of students on international academic travel must
 

Proposals for Academic Fall, Spring, and/or Summer Travel are due March 1st

You will receive notification of your application status from the Director of Academic Engagement via email in May. 

Step 2: Group Pre-Departure Logistics Travel Documentation - This documentation is to be submitted a month before your team leaves Riverside. This information will help with the setup for your pre-departure participant forms (Step 3) which are required for all participants.
If you require assistance purchasing travel insurance for your travel group, that information must be submitted 6 weeks before departure to allow time for processing the paperwork and payment. Please contact the director of academic engagement for the insurance requirements.

Step 3: Individual Pre-Departure Participant Forms for International Travel - These forms must be submitted by all students, faculty, staff, and friends of the University traveling on a CBU Academic Trip 2 weeks before the departure date. 

Before uploading a color copy of your passport, please be sure that it is signed on the “Signature of Bearer” line on the eagle page and that it does not expire for at least 6 months after your return travel dates.
