Independent Faculty/Staff Travel Registration

 

In light of the heightened concerns related to the Coronavirus/COVID-19, it is very important that the University be kept aware of any faculty travel outside the country as well as any travel outside the Riverside region. Please keep the Provost Office aware of any domestic or international travel that is not already reported.

After following the link, faculty and staff should select, "Apply Now" and choose the semester you plan to travel. In the registration, you will fill out information on travel location(s), dates, methods and reason for travel.
