My password isn't working. What should I do?

If you are a CBU student, you should use your LancerMail ID and password to log in. 

If you are not a CBU student, you should log in using the email address used to create your account or application and the password you chose when setting up your account. If your account was created for you and you did not set up a password and security questions within 10 days, your temporary password will expire. Please email genglish@calbaptist.edu for help.
For Recommenders:

How do I submit a recommendation for a student?

Faculty members who receive a CBU Academic Affairs Travel - Recommendation Request should not use their CBU login, but should instead follow the link provided in the recommendation request email. The following steps describe how to submit an online recommendation:

1. Open the email and click on the link provided, or click here: https://calbaptist.terradotta.com/recommenders/. The Cal Baptist Terra Dotta Online Recommendation Submission window will open.
2. Enter the Recommendation ID (provided within the email) and Applicant last name when prompted, then click Validate.
3. Answer the questions, then click Submit to send the recommendation back to Cal Baptist Terra Dotta. All recommendations are confidential. The student will not be able to view the recommendation.

Note: Each recommendation request has a unique ID. You may wish to copy the Recommendation ID to the clipboard, then paste into Cal Baptist Terra Dotta when prompted.
