Group Pre-Departure Logistics Travel Documentation 

Pre-Departure Logistics information should be submitted a month before your team leaves Riverside. This information will help with the setup for your pre-departure participant forms which are required for all participants. The logistics information is also essential for crisis planning in the event of an emergency overseas.

If you require assistance purchasing travel insurance for your travel group, that information must be submitted 6 weeks before departure to allow time for processing the paperwork and payment. Please contact the Director of Academic Engagement for the insurance requirements.
