Submit Proposal for Faculty-Led Academic Group Travel on Terra Dotta 

Faculty looking to lead students on academic group trips internationally must submit a proposal on Terra Dotta. The proposal is then reviewed by the Director of Academic Engagement. Faculty should make sure to meet in-person with their Dean or Chair to discuss their proposal and obtain approval in advance of the submission. Faculty-led Academic Group Travel should be driven by an academic or program requirement, such as a Global Practicum course.

Once approved by your respective Dean or Chair, the proposal is reviewed for final approval and confirmation at the Board of Trustees Meeting every March 1. Click below link to begin the process:


 

You will receive notification of your application status from the Director of Academic Engagement via email in May. Please Note - Faculty must attend a Global Engagement Workshop in preparation for leading students abroad.
